Making A Purchase Placing an order could not be easier. Just select the items that you wish to buy or camps that you wish to book and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Shipping And Handling Most orders are not for physical goods as they are related to booking camp training places, flights and accommodation. Where pysical items have been purchased they will normally be delivered via the club at one of the training session or as otherwise agreed between the two members concerned.

Tax Charges Please note that the charges that are quoted on the site are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Guarantee All goods come with a 7 day no arguments returns policy, provided that the goods are returned in the same condition that they were delivered in and provided that they have not been specially ordered in for you.

Privacy Policy Sandown Park Ski Racing Club do not disclose members' and other buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill members' orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Issue a unique identifier (e.g. member login)
d. Monitor customer account status beyond that required for individual purchases
e. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy Physical orders for skiis, club uniform, etc. can be returned within 7 days of receiving. All Returns must be in the same condition that they were supplied. Members are responsible for returns costs and all returns will be credited on receipt once approved.

The £200 per week deposit for camps is not refundable as this covers non refundable charges that the club has to incur when we receive your booking relating to flights and deposits for hotel rooms. At the discretion of the Club Treasurer we may be able to return som,e or all of the deposit if we can allocate it to another member.


Return Procedure

Please advise the appropraite member that you wish to return the goods.
